Firstly, I appreciated that this course was offered on a Saturday because I was hard pressed to find one that was! Allan was a great instructor. His years of experience and knowledge are evident as he presents. I also appreciate that the class was smaller. I’ve been in several training scenarios with 20 or more people and group work and discussions can take so much more time. This class is involved but does not drag on. I definitely recommend
